The Environment Public Authority participated in the Sustainability Camp, reaffirming the importance of promoting environmental awareness and instilling the principles of sustainability and responsibility among children and youth, who are regarded as key partners in protecting the environment and shaping a more sustainable future.

The Authority’s participation reflects its belief that environmental protection cannot be achieved through legislation alone. It also requires raising public awareness, promoting positive environmental practices, and empowering young people to transform knowledge into practical initiatives that contribute to conserving natural resources and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals.

The camp also contributes to preparing Sustainability Ambassadors who will carry the message of environmental conservation to their schools, universities, and communities, helping to build a society that is more aware, responsible, and sustainable.
